Seminar of Business Process Improvement Through Community Of Innovation successfully organized by Productivity and Inno-Linkage Division on 4th June 2010 at Singgahsana Hotel, Petaling Jaya. The objectives of the seminar are;

•     To create awareness on business process improvement benefits

•     To introduce the tools used in business process improvement

•     To give an exposure on how these tools align, mobilise and accelerate business performance               

The seminar was conducted by Mr Megat Akbaruddin Ismail, Director  Productivity and Inno-Linkage Division and Mr. P.W. Wong, Head of Quality Motorola University Asia Pacific and Middle East.
